Our Story
A recipe carried across generations.
Aushadie was born in a small home kitchen where the smell of roasting spices marked every morning. What began as a family recipe — cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and curry leaves slow-roasted on a stone pan — has become a labour of love we now share with you.
Every batch is hand-blended in small quantities. We source single-origin spices, dry them in the sun, and roast them just to the edge of dark — the colour deepens to that signature mahogany.
